Delivery and payment methods
PAYMENTS
The prices shown are valid and include VAT, containers and packaging materials.
Payment can be made online using Paypal or bank transfer. The subjects necessary to request an invoice must be submitted at the time of the order and by completing appropriate form.
DELIVERY
The company ag. Brioleum delivers directly to the address indicated by the customer via express courier. The goods travel at the expense and risk of the seller, therefore complaints will not be accepted if not stated upon receipt, any anomaly is indicated on the courier's delivery note.
CANCELLATION
The customer has the right to rescind from the contract pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 206 of 06/09/05 and send the goods back within 10 days of receipt.

It is the responsibility of the company to reimburse the amount paid within 10 days of return, with the exception of shipment costs.

For any advisory notice, complaint or information request, you can contact us directly at shop@brioleum.it, indicating the number of the order assigned upon completion and reported in the order confirmation e-mail.
