My name is Gian Piero Scannone and in 2016 I founded the Brioleum Farm, born from the passion passed on by grandfather Ferruccio, which from an early age made me walk amidst the olive trees of Monte Brione. Everything that begun as a simple passion has turned into a mission in order to provide quality products and perfection.
Our philosophy has led us to join Integrated Production , which allows us to render sustainable the production of a very high quality oil while respecting the paradise that surrounds us.
