Olive oil mill

Our olive oil mill uses a Mori Tem two-stage continuous cycle extraction system of the latest generation.

The process is composed as follows:

  • Olive washing.
  • Olive pressing with variable speed knives.
  • The olive paste passes through the heat exchanger with which we can control the temperature.
  • Kneading in vertical vacuum kneading machines.
  • Extraction through decanter and immediate filtering.
  • Storage in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen at controlled temperature.
All these steps allow us to control temperatures and timing in order to produce an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the highest quality.
