Oil obtained from a blend of cultivars, selected and harvested on Mount Brione before complete maturation. The most representative cultivars of this blend are frantoio and casaliva, which are enriched with leccino and moraiolo. The oil is cold-drawn with a two-phase mori tem and immediately filtered.
