Brioleum – Casaliva - Italian extra virgin olive oil - Garda Dop Trentino – Monte Brione - Lake Garda

Monovarietal oil obtained from autochthonous olives of the Casaliva variety harvested on Mount Brione and processed in the shortest possible time in its own mill. The harvesting takes place early, when the olives are not completely mature in order to maximize all the properties. The oil is cold-drawn with a two-phase mori tem and immediately filtered.
